Karamoja, Uganda - It's always a blessing to help meet practical needs, such as food and medical assistance. Working with locals to set up makeshift clinics, where we can work along side medical professionals. Even better when we have a medical professional (Sandra) on our team! This clinic, was set up in "Karuma" - a small, remote village in the Karamajong region. Afterward, food was served.
